Please tell our team beforehand, especially if you are pregnant, have a cardiac condition or high blood pressure, have recently had surgery, have an implant, or have a skin condition.

A 3-hour gap after a moderate meal is ideal; a light snack is fine if you're hungry. We don't recommend alcohol before any spa therapy.

We've taken great care to ensure every product is gentle on the skin and made with natural ingredients.

Arrive in your street clothes — we'll provide appropriate disposable undergarments and apparel for your therapies.

15 years. Guests aged 15–18 may experience selected therapies only when accompanied by a guardian of the same gender.

Fifteen minutes before your appointment, so you have time to complete a short health questionnaire without rushing.

We'll shorten your therapy so it still finishes at the originally booked time, to avoid delaying the next guest.

Cancelling with less than 3 hours' notice, or an un-informed no-show, incurs 100% of the therapy value. With 3 hours' notice, a 50% fee applies.

We accept cash (Indian Rupees only) and all major credit and debit cards.

Gratuity reflects your satisfaction — 15%–20% of the therapy cost is customary.

We ask that electronic devices, including mobile phones, stay outside the spa area, out of respect for your experience and other guests'.
